Antcliff Psychology Services brings together psychology, organisational consulting, implementation support, leadership development, training design and delivery with deep sector experience.

We work with organisations, leaders, practitioners and individuals to strengthen practice, build capability and support meaningful, evidence-informed change.

Our work focuses on child and family services, including early childhood, prevention, family preservation and restoration. We also support organisations to strengthen trauma-informed practice and leadership capability.

Our approach is collaborative, practical and grounded in evidence, with a focus on building capability that can be sustained in everyday practice.

About Greg Antcliff

Greg Antcliff is a registered psychologist, senior executive and consultant with extensive experience across child and family services, early childhood education and care, child protection, out-of-home care, prevention, family preservation and trauma-informed practice.

Greg works with organisations, leaders and practitioners to strengthen practice, build workforce capability and translate evidence into practical, sustainable service improvement. His work brings together psychology, implementation support, leadership development, reflective practice and deep sector experience.

He has held senior executive roles leading large multidisciplinary teams, national practice excellence functions, implementation support, professional learning and service improvement across complex human service organisations.

He has designed, developed and implemented evidence-informed practice frameworks, practice guides, coaching models, supervision resources and outcome frameworks. His work supports organisations to create clearer Practice Approaches, strengthen frontline capability and improve outcomes for children, families, teams and communities.
